 Clothes Closet
SRIS has a Clothes Closet filled with lots of clothes in great condition. If you would like to get something that has been gently used but is new to you, you can sign up on the sign-up sheet outside the office door. We are open during most recesses. Principal’s Note It was the idea of these three girls to set up a clothes closet so that students can have clothes that are new to them. This has been a big success. If you have clothes that are clean and in excellent shape, they would be glad to accept them. Please call the office to arrange for a time to bring them in—do not just drop them off. All clothes need to come in on hangers. Thank you! Pam Scheeline
Clothing Closet
Wall of Fame!Ask your child if he/she is on our SRIS Wall of Fame. Each month teachers select one or more students to be recognized. This recognition may be for any reason the teacher chooses. Students selected have their pictures taken. These, along with a short description about the students, are posted on the Wall of Fame. Once their picture is on the wall it remains there all year. Be sure to come by and see this impressive array of students.

We’re sure you know by now that our last year’s test scores increased by 48 points. This is the direct result of the hard work put in by students and staff. Congratulations to all.
